COVID-19 kutatás Magyarországon: FRISSÍTVE

A koronavírus elleni harc, az igyekezet, hogy mindent megtudjunk a vírusról, annak terjedéséről és lefolyásáról jelenleg kiemelt fontossággal bír a tudományban. Nem csak a kutatók, de a folyóiratok is változtattak a megszokott rendjükön.

A tudósok folyamatban lévő projektjeiket félretéve, szabadidejüket nem sajnálva minden figyelmüket a COVID-19 részletes felfedezésének szentelik, a veszélyhelyzet pedig felgyorsította a tudományos kommunikációt. A hosszú lektorálási folyamatot töredékére csökkentették a tudományos folyóiratok szerkesztőbizottságai. A pre-print szerverekre százával kerülnek feltöltésre a kéziratok, amelyek a kutatók véleményezésére, lektorálására várnak, hogy tökéletesíteni tudják a szerzők eredményeiket, esetlegesen elvessék hipotéziseiket.

A kutatási folyamat üteme hihetetlen fordulaton zajlik, mindenki szeretne hozzátenni valamit a SARS-CoV-2 megfejtéséhez, akár egy apró kirakós darabot is. Viszont emiatt fontos azt is szem előtt tartanunk, hogy a nagy sietségben előfordulhat, hogy a vizsgálatokat nem a legmegfelelőbb csoportokon végzik el (nem feltétlen állnak rendelkezésre mások), így az eredményeket ezzel a szemüveggel kell vizsgálnunk. Amikor egy kórokozó feltérképezése, megismerése zajlik, a negatív eredmények is nagyon fontosak, így ezek is nagy hatást gyakorolnak a kutatási folyamatra.

Természetesen a magyar tudományos közösség sem tétlenkedik. Az alábbiakban olyan magyar affiliációval rendelkező kutatási eredményeket, kéziratokat és ajánlásokat gyűjtöttünk össze, amelyek a COVID-19 kutatásához kapcsolódnak. A lista minden bizonnyal nem teljes, ezért ha tudomásod van olyan magyar munkáról, amelyeknek itt a helye, ne habozz elküldeni nekünk.
